AiFitrix Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026. Applies to the AiFitrix iPhone app, version 1.5.1 and later.

1. Who processes your data

AiFitrix is developed and operated by IP Kopaleyshvili (Artem Kopaleyshvili). For any privacy question, email info@aixenix.com or help@aifitrix.com.

2. No sign-up

AiFitrix does not require an account, email, phone number or password. To talk to our server, the app creates a random device identifier and an access key, stored in your iPhone's secure Keychain.

3. What stays on your iPhone

Your food diary, water, weight, workouts, programs, goals and profile settings are stored on your device. You can export or restore them in Profile → My Data.

4. What we send to our server, and why

• Technical data: device identifier, iPhone model, iOS and app versions, language and time zone; your push notification token if you allow notifications. Needed to run the service and prevent abuse.
• AI food analysis: the photo and/or text description of a meal you submit for analysis, used to estimate calories and nutrients.
• AI workout calorie estimate (only when you tap "Estimate kcal"): age, sex, height, weight, workout description and duration.
• Food catalog: which catalog dishes you added and in what amounts. Used to improve the catalog and the order of suggestions; only dish names and nutrients go into the shared catalog, never data about you.
• Team — only if you connect with a coach or invite a client:
  • the name you chose for your team;
  • if you allow nutrition access: diary entries (dishes, calories, protein, fat, carbs, fiber, portion weight, meal type and time) from the connection date or for the period you chose. Meals you hide from your coach are not sent;
  • if you allow workout access: plans, sessions, sets, weights, reps, notes and calories burned.
  Only the team member you gave access to can see this data.

5. Who we share data with

• AI processing: meal photos and descriptions, and the inputs for workout estimates, are sent through OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc.) to the Google Gemini model solely to get a result. We do not send them your name, device identifier or Team data.
• Hosting: our server runs on Timeweb Cloud (data center in the Netherlands).

We show no ads, use no third-party analytics or tracking, and never sell data.

6. Apple Health

With your permission, AiFitrix reads steps and active energy and can write nutrition, water and workouts to Health. Health data is processed only on your iPhone. It is never sent to our server or shared with third parties, including for advertising.

7. Retention and deletion

• Server data is kept while you use the app or until you delete it.
• Delete everything from the server: Profile → Privacy → Delete My Data from Server. This removes your device record, AI requests including photos, meals saved on the server, and all Team data: connections, diary, plans, sessions, program offers and invites.
• Erase data on the iPhone: Profile → Privacy → Erase Data on iPhone, or delete the app.
• When you disconnect a coach or turn off nutrition access, your diary is deleted from the server unless another coach still has access to it.

8. Your rights

At any time you can change your coach's access, leave a team, delete your data from the server and the device, or contact us to learn what data we hold about you and to correct or delete it.

9. Health and medical disclaimer

AiFitrix helps you keep a food and workout diary. AI estimates are approximate. The app does not diagnose or replace advice from a doctor.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address. We will tell you about significant changes in the app.
